1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "gol88", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gol88 online betting and casino platform operated at gol88.lat.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a gol88 account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable member account created upon successful registration with gol88.
• "Services" refers to all products, games, betting markets, promotions, tools, and content offered through the Platform, including but not limited to the Sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and Bandar Q.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by gol88 to Members, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wallet" refers to the gol88 account balance denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) maintained on behalf of the Member within the Platform.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Member's jurisdiction of residence.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures that gol88 may require a Member to complete before processing withdrawals or accessing certain platform features.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of gol88 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gol88 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by gol88 or any related responsible gaming registry.
• You must not have had a previous gol88 account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) gol88 account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

gol88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account that cannot satisfy these requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of gol88 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following conditions apply to registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must create a secure, unique password for your gol88 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not register using a false identity, an alias, or another person's personal details.
• gol88 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without providing reasons.
• Registration constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable platform rules.

gol88 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or before your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a KTP or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your gol88 account, including activity carried out by any third party who gains access to your credentials. gol88 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings dashboard.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Only access gol88 through the official domain gol88.lat and verify the presence of a valid SSL certificate before entering your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gol88 customer support immediately via live chat. gol88 will investigate the matter and may temporarily freeze account activity during the review period. gol88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your gol88 Wallet are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable to standard accounts, though gol88 may impose limits on specific payment channels at its discretion.
• Deposits are accepted via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels may change from time to time; the current list is displayed within the Member's account dashboard.
• gol88 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside gol88's control and are borne by the Member.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in refusal of the deposit and account review.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting or gaming activity may be subject to a review before withdrawal if gol88 determines that the deposit pattern is inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour.
• gol88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request source- of-funds documentation in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment channel and are displayed within the withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own legal name. gol88 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC identity verification. gol88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including for subsequent withdrawal requests where the account presents unusual activity.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
• gol88 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if the account is under security review, KYC verification is incomplete, or if gol88 suspects fraudulent activity.
• gol88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

gol88 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have fully completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement), which specifies the total betting volume that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the Wallet upon expiry.
• gol88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed prior to cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate promotional mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly. Only winnings derived from free bets or free spins (after any applicable wagering requirement is met) are eligible for withdrawal.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the gol88 platform:

• All bets and game wagers are final once confirmed. gol88 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet or wager except in cases of demonstrable system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may vary by market, game, and account tier.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, gol88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. gol88 is not responsible for odds changes occurring between a Member viewing a market and placing a bet.
• gol88 reserves the right to limit betting activity, impose maximum payout caps, or restrict a Member's access to certain markets at its sole discretion, including in cases where it determines that a Member is employing professional betting strategies that are incompatible with sustainable platform operations.
• All casino games, including slots and live casino titles, operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by independently audited third-party studios. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the respective game studio.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to the specific rules of each included market. A voided leg in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by one selection; the remaining legs continue to apply.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gol88 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one gol88 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or collect data from the platform without express written permission from gol88.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting intended to exploit information asymmetries or manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal financial activity.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic, age, or eligibility restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or false documentation.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the gol88 platform, its servers, or its user base.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gol88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

gol88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Members through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all future gol88 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the gol88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual material — is the property of gol88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of gol88.
• The gol88 name, logo, and domain are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of any gol88 trademark is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gol88 excludes all liability for the following:

• Losses arising from the Member's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access attributable to the Member's own negligence.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors not attributable to wilful misconduct by gol88.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable laws in the Member's jurisdiction that affect the legality of online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit gol88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. gol88's total aggregate liability to any individual Member, across all claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their gol88 Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

13 Privacy and Data

gol88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• gol88 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify Member identity, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud requirements, and communicate service-related information.
• gol88 does not sell personal data to third parties for independent commercial purposes.

14 Amendments

gol88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gol88 will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered with the account.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using gol88 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gol88 holds its operating licence. To the extent that any dispute arises between gol88 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents gol88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the gol88 platform is lawful under the laws applicable to their place of residence at all times.
